AMiner Terms of Use

Welcome to the AMiner Platform (as defined below). Before you use the AMiner Platform's services, please read this User Agreement (this "Agreement") carefully.

Important Notice​

[Read Carefully] Before clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, you should carefully read this Agreement. Please make sure you read this Agreement carefully and fully understand every clause, especially those that exclude or limit liability (if you are a minor under the age of 18, a legal guardian should review this Agreement together with you). You should pay particular attention to the provisions shown in bold and underlined text. If you have any questions about this Agreement, please contact AMiner Platform customer service.

[Effect of Signing Up] By filling in the information requested on the registration page, reading and agreeing to this Agreement, and completing the registration process, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement, and that you have reached an agreement with the AMiner Platform to become an AMiner Platform user (a "User" or "you"). If, while reading this Agreement, you do not agree with it or with any of its terms, you should stop the registration process immediately.

I. Definitions​

AMiner Platform: refers to the AI-powered technology intelligence mining product developed and operated by Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhipu," "the Company," or "we"), including the AMiner website and any AMiner products or services that may be offered to you in other forms in the future. AMiner Platform Service Provider: refers to Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., the provider of internet information and software technology services for the AMiner Platform.

User: refers to any person who uses AMiner Platform products, referred to in this Agreement as "you" or "User."

AMiner Platform Rules: refers to all rules, interpretations, announcements, notices, and other content that the AMiner Platform has published or may publish in the future.

Affiliates: refers to the affiliates of the AMiner Platform Service Provider. With respect to any entity (including an individual, company, partnership, organization, or any other entity), this means any entity that directly or indirectly controls it, is controlled by it, or is under common control with it. "Control" as used here means the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of the relevant entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise, or any other relationship that constitutes actual control in fact.

II. Scope of Application​

  1. This Agreement is entered into between you and the AMiner Platform Service Provider, and takes effect from the moment you confirm your acceptance of it or from the moment you begin using the AMiner Platform, whichever occurs first.

  2. The AMiner Platform's Privacy Policy, together with any other agreements (including agreements or rules applicable to specific services) and platform rules that may be amended or added from time to time, form an integral part of this Agreement. Your use of the AMiner Platform and its corresponding services constitutes your agreement to comply with the above agreements and platform rules.

  3. Unless otherwise expressly stated, this Agreement applies unconditionally to any new AMiner Platform products and related services.

III. Account Registration and Use​

Before using AMiner Platform services, you are required to complete user registration.

  1. User Eligibility

You confirm that, before beginning the registration process to use AMiner Platform services, you possess the civil capacity required under the laws of the People's Republic of China that corresponds to your conduct. If you register as a user without possessing such capacity, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with law.

You acknowledge that if a person without civil capacity or with limited civil capacity improperly registers as an AMiner Platform user, the service agreement between that person and the AMiner Platform shall be void from the outset. Once such registration is discovered, the AMiner Platform has the right to immediately suspend services to that user or cancel that user's account.

  1. Account Registration

Account registration refers to the process by which a user registers an account on the AMiner Platform, fills in the required information as requested, and confirms agreement to comply with this Agreement. You may register an AMiner account using a mobile phone number or any other method we permit. Alternatively, you may choose to register and log in to the AMiner Platform using a third-party platform account authorization login feature, through a third-party software or platform account that you lawfully own, except where such use is restricted or prohibited by the relevant third-party software or platform. You must ensure that the third-party software or platform account you use has completed genuine identity verification and complies with applicable laws and regulations. If there is evidence, or if the AMiner Platform determines based on its rules, that you have engaged in improper registration or improper use of multiple AMiner Platform accounts, the AMiner Platform may freeze or close your account(s) or refuse to provide services, and if this causes losses to the AMiner Platform or related parties, you shall be liable for compensation.

  1. Account Security

You have the right to log in to the AMiner Platform using the mobile phone number you set or confirmed, together with the password you set. Your account is set up and kept by you personally; the AMiner Platform will never proactively ask you to provide your account password. We therefore recommend that you keep your account secure. The AMiner Platform is not liable for losses or consequences resulting from your voluntary disclosure of your account or from attacks, fraud, or similar conduct by others against you; you should seek recourse against the infringing party through judicial, administrative, or other remedies.

Because your AMiner Platform account is linked to your personal information, your AMiner Platform account may only be used by you personally. Without the AMiner Platform's consent, any direct or indirect authorization by you allowing a third party to use your AMiner Platform account or to obtain information under your account shall be invalid. If, in accordance with the breach-determination procedures and standards set out in the platform rules, the AMiner Platform determines that your use of the account may endanger your account security and/or the AMiner Platform's information security, the AMiner Platform may refuse to provide the relevant services or terminate this Agreement.

  1. Updates and Maintenance

You should promptly update the information you provide. Where laws expressly require the AMiner Platform, as a platform service provider, to verify certain users' information, the AMiner Platform will periodically check and verify your information in accordance with law, and you should cooperate by providing up-to-date, true, complete, and valid information.

If the AMiner Platform is unable to reach you using the information you last provided, if you fail to provide information as requested by the AMiner Platform in a timely manner, if the information you provided is clearly inaccurate, or if an administrative or judicial authority determines that the information you provided is invalid, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences to yourself, others, and the AMiner Platform arising therefrom. The AMiner Platform may send you an inquiry or a request for correction, and may require you to re-verify your identity, up to and including suspending or terminating some or all AMiner Platform services provided to you, without the AMiner Platform bearing any liability for doing so.

IV. Your Rights and Obligations​

  1. You are entitled to enjoy the following services provided by the AMiner Platform in accordance with this Agreement: technology information services, generative AI services, and any new types of services that Zhipu may develop from time to time. The AMiner Platform has the right to increase or decrease the content of its services based on business needs.

  2. You must not input into the AMiner Platform, or induce the AMiner Platform to output, information containing any of the following content, nor create any agent/plugin/tool for the purpose of producing or publishing such content, nor use the Service to engage in any of the following. Otherwise, the AMiner Platform may lawfully or in accordance with this Agreement delete or block your information or any content you have created, and may report your violation of relevant laws and regulations to the relevant authorities:

    • Content that violates the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
    • Content that endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
    • Content that harms national honor and interests;
    • Content that distorts, defames, disparages, or denies the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or that infringes upon the name, likeness, reputation, or honor of heroes and martyrs through insult, defamation, or other means;
    • Content that promotes terrorism or extremism, or incites terrorist or extremist activities;
    • Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
    • Content that undermines the state's religious policy or promotes cults or superstition;
    • Content that spreads rumors and disrupts economic or social order;
    • Content that disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incites crime;
    • Content that insults or defames others or infringes upon others' reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights;
    • Content that uses exaggerated headlines that seriously misrepresent the actual content;
    • Content that sensationalizes scandals, gossip, or misconduct;
    • Content that improperly comments on natural disasters, major accidents, or other calamities;
    • Content that is sexually suggestive, provocative, or likely to give rise to sexual associations;
    • Content that incites discrimination based on group identity, region, etc.;
    • Content that promotes vulgar, kitsch, or low-brow material;
    • Content that may induce minors to imitate unsafe or morally objectionable behavior, induce bad habits in minors, induce minors to become addicted to the internet, is not conducive to the physical and mental health of minors, or involves violence or bullying against minors, or other improper conduct;
    • Content involving terror, graphic violence, high-risk activity, or conduct endangering one's own or others' physical or mental health, including but not limited to any violence, suicide, self-harm, or self-injury, any performance involving controlled devices that threatens life or health, conduct that infringes the personal or property rights of oneself or others, or that incites or induces others to participate in dangerous or unlawful activities that could cause personal injury or death;
    • Content involving illegal or prohibited items, including but not limited to drugs, prohibited pharmaceuticals, illegal tools, marijuana, opium, counterfeit currency, firearms, tobacco, explosives, VPN/circumvention software, cheat programs, and similar content;
    • Content involving illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to pyramid schemes, fetal sex identification, the sale of counterfeit goods, and similar content;
    • Any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations that may adversely affect the online ecosystem.

    When inputting, outputting, or publishing information, images, or other content, in addition to complying with this clause, you must also comply with all applicable national laws and regulations. You bear full responsibility for any content you input or output.

  3. When using AMiner Platform services, you must also comply with the following:

    (1) You must not engage in conduct that endangers the AMiner Platform's network and system security while using the Service:

    • Renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking to, reprinting, compiling, publishing, or mirroring content in which Zhipu holds intellectual property rights;
    • Copying, modifying, adding to, deleting, hooking into, or creating derivative works from the AMiner Platform, or from data generated in the course of using the AMiner Platform, including client-server interaction data and system data necessary for the AMiner Platform's operation, including but not limited to using plugins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Zhipu to access the AMiner Platform and related systems;
    • Unlawfully intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions, stealing network data, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or engaging in other activities that endanger network security and order;
    • Using deep links, page scraping, social bots, spiders, or other automated means to use the Service or to access third-party services through the Service, in order to access, obtain, or monitor any unauthorized data, content, or servers/accounts;
    • Impersonating others without authorization to gain access to the AMiner Platform and related services;
    • Reverse engineering any algorithm, source code, or mechanism of the AMiner Platform, or attempting by any means to extract data from the AMiner Platform;
    • Circumventing or evading, or disseminating or publishing methods or techniques for circumventing or evading, any security measures adopted by the AMiner Platform to prevent conduct prohibited under this Agreement;
    • Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, or other assistance to others engaged in activities that endanger network security;
    • Using the AMiner Platform to develop, train, or improve other algorithms or models that directly or indirectly compete with us;
    • Any other use that may harm our interests.

    If you discover any vulnerability or defect in the services provided by the AMiner Platform, please inform us through the contact information specified in this Agreement. Please do not disseminate or publish information about vulnerabilities or defects in AMiner Platform services via the internet or other channels.

    (2) You must not use the Service to infringe upon the personal rights and interests of other users:

    • Using the AMiner Platform in a manner that infringes any third party's rights, including for fraud, scams, sending spam messages/emails, misleading, cyberbullying, harassment, discrimination, promoting hatred, or spreading others' suffering;
    • Providing to, or collecting, processing, disclosing, inferring, or generating, other people's personal information through the AMiner Platform without authorization;
    • Using the Service in a manner that may infringe any third party's personal information rights or privacy, such as unlawfully collecting or uploading others' personal information, home address, phone number, email address, identification numbers or features (such as national ID numbers, social security numbers, passport numbers), or credit card numbers;
    • Impersonating others without authorization to gain access to the AMiner Platform and related services.

    (3) When using the Service to generate content, you must comply with the following:

    • Do not remove copyright attribution or source-identification information from the AMiner Platform;
    • Do not dishonestly use, assert, or claim that AI-generated content is a human work, or disguise human work as AI-generated content, or use such content for false advertising, marketing, transactions, manufacturing hot topics, or creating false public opinion; do not fabricate metrics such as views, likes, plays, or shares, or induce interactions such as tipping, likes, or voting through inducements;
    • Do not disseminate or publish improper content that you generated using the AMiner Platform through copying, screenshots, screen recording, screen sharing, livestreaming, or similar means;
    • Do not, on your own or by assisting a third party, create or cause any unfavorable influence on the traffic or readership of, or hijack, redirect, or otherwise interfere with, information content on the AMiner Platform and related services;
    • Do not, by any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, redundant scraping, unlawful crawling, simulated downloading, deep linking, or fraudulent registration), directly or indirectly steal the domain names, websites, links, text, images, videos, or other information content of the products and related services, or delete, conceal, or alter related information content by any means (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform-specific identifiers, trademarks, or other ownership notices).
    • Do not use the Service to produce, publish, or disseminate false information. Except as otherwise agreed, you must not delete, alter, or conceal any AI-generated content label (including explicit and implicit labels) that the AMiner Platform adds to generated content, regardless of the form in which such labels appear. When subsequently using or disseminating such generated content, you must also clearly label or indicate, in a conspicuous manner, that the content is AI-generated content. Any liability arising from your failure to fulfill this labeling obligation shall be borne by you.

    (4) You must not use the Service in the following scenarios:

    • Using the AMiner Platform for any decision-making activity, such as high-risk automated decision-making in fields that have a significant impact on the safety, rights, or well-being of individuals or society, including health, education, law, credit, finance, or critical infrastructure management;
    • Building applications, tools, products, or services that may be unsuitable for minors;
    • Using the AMiner Platform in any service that requires professional qualifications or professional review, or as a substitute for professional services, including but not limited to medical, legal, journalism, education, or investment/financial advisory fields.

  4. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, you may only use the AMiner Platform for non-commercial purposes. You should use personal information and other data obtained from the AMiner Platform in a reasonable and lawful manner, and must not infringe the lawful rights and interests of the individuals to whom such personal information relates, must not bulk-download data from the AMiner Platform for improper purposes, and must not provide personal information or other data obtained from the AMiner Platform to any third party.

  5. When using the AMiner Platform overseas, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policy restrictions and oversight of the United States, the European Union, and/or other foreign governmental authorities. You must not resell, export, or transfer the AMiner Platform, or any product developed using the AMiner Platform, to any specially regulated country or specially designated person. Without first obtaining the necessary approval of the relevant government authority and Zhipu's prior consent, you must not directly or indirectly export the AMiner Platform or any technology contained in or associated with the AMiner Platform.

  6. Without Zhipu's prior written consent, you must not, at any time, in any manner, or through any channel (whether direct or indirect, express or implied, including but not limited to for any marketing, advertising, promotional, or other purpose): (1) use, cite, publish, reproduce, display (publicly or otherwise), mention, register, or apply to register: (i) any trademark (whether or not registered), trade name, name, logo, or identifier owned or lawfully usable by Zhipu or its affiliates, or use any specific description that would allow a third party to identify Zhipu or any of its affiliates; (ii) the name, likeness, image, photograph, picture, logo, statement, or comment (or any portion thereof) of any director, supervisor, officer, employee, partner, or scientist of Zhipu or its affiliates; or (iii) any name, trademark, logo, text, word, symbol, or combination thereof, in any language, that is similar to any of the foregoing; and (2) directly or indirectly state that any product or service provided by you or any of your affiliates has been endorsed or supported by Zhipu or any of its affiliates. In particular, without Zhipu's prior written confirmation and undertaking, you must not disclose or publicize Zhipu-related promotional/advertising/influencer strategies or content to any third party, nor use Zhipu's or its affiliates' brand, directly or indirectly, to solicit investment or cooperation opportunities. If you violate the foregoing, Zhipu has the right to require you to immediately delete the relevant content, eliminate the resulting impact, and compensate Zhipu for all of its losses.

  7. Paid Services

    (1) Certain services are provided on a fee basis. If you use a paid service, please comply with the agreement applicable to that service. If you do not agree with the relevant agreement or any amendment or modification thereof, please stop using the relevant service and contact us.

    (2) If you are a minor under the age of 18, you may not use paid services.

    (3) Zhipu has the right to determine the fee schedule for paid services. The specific fee schedule shall be as published on the relevant paid-service page, and you may choose and pay for the corresponding services as needed.

    (4) You understand and agree that once you have completed payment in accordance with the fee schedule published for a specific AMiner Platform product, you and Zhipu have entered into a contract regarding your order for that product. Except where otherwise specifically agreed for the paid service you purchased, or where your inability to use the service is solely attributable to Zhipu's fault, we will not refund amounts you have paid for using that service.

    (5) If you have any questions when purchasing a service, you may consult customer service through the contact channels provided on the relevant service page, or contact us through the contact information specified in this Agreement.

    (6) The Platform is committed to providing users with a convenient paid-service experience and will progressively support a variety of payment methods. If you choose to pay using Visa, Mastercard, or other Hong Kong, Macao, or international payment methods, JINGSHENG HENGXING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., an affiliate of the Platform, will provide payment-channel integration, checkout, and other related technical support services, in accordance with the special cooperation requirements of the relevant payment channels. Such services are subject to the SG laws (jurisdiction in which the relevant payment services are provided).You understand and agree that the provision of such technical support services incurs technical service costs, and JINGSHENG HENGXING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. may charge a technical service fee. The available payment channels and applicable technical service fee schedule shall be as displayed on your payment page; please review this information carefully.

  8. For reasonable causes such as system load, security risk control, technical iteration, or business strategy, the AMiner Platform reserves the right to impose reasonable restrictions on the access method, scope of use, features, frequency of use, and data capacity of free services. The catalog, content, and availability of free services may be adjusted, changed, or discontinued from time to time. For such changes, the AMiner Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance through announcements, email, or other appropriate means, but will not bear any legal liability or compensation obligation as a result.

V. Rights and Obligations of the AMiner Platform​

  1. The AMiner Platform has an obligation to maintain the normal operation of the entire platform using existing technology, and to strive to improve and upgrade its technology to safeguard your experience in using its products and services.

  2. The AMiner Platform will respond in a timely manner, within the periods prescribed by law, to issues related to this product or service that you encounter or report during registration and use.

  3. For any improper conduct by you on the AMiner Platform, or in any circumstance where the AMiner Platform believes services should be terminated, the AMiner Platform has the right to take measures such as blocking relevant information or terminating the provision of services, and to notify you and the relevant authorities in a timely manner. If you object to the AMiner Platform's measures, you may provide relevant evidence in explanation. If, upon verification, your conduct is confirmed to violate the AMiner Platform User Agreement or the law, the AMiner Platform has the right to terminate the provision of services to you.

  4. The AMiner Platform will make its best efforts and take necessary and reasonable measures to safeguard the security and stable operation of the AMiner Platform's network.

  5. Where the AMiner Platform provides you with free services, you understand and agree that such free use may be adjusted based on the progress of research. You undertake not to pursue any liability against the AMiner Platform arising from such adjustment of rules or the discontinuation of free-use benefits.

  6. You agree that, in the course of providing services, Zhipu may, on its own or through third-party advertisers, send you advertising, promotional, or marketing information (including commercial and non-commercial information), and that the manner and scope of such information may change without specific notice to you. You have the right to decline such commercial information.

VI. Intellectual Property​

  1. The charts, logos, webpage headers, button icons, text, service names, and other markings displayed on the AMiner Platform are the property of Zhipu or its affiliates, and are protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws. Without Zhipu's permission, you must not use them, in any manner likely to cause user confusion or in any manner that disparages or defames Zhipu or its affiliates, in connection with any product or service not offered by Zhipu. Any other trademarks appearing on the AMiner Platform that do not belong to the foregoing parties are the property of their respective trademark owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Zhipu or its affiliates. Without the written permission of Zhipu or the relevant trademark owner, nothing on the AMiner Platform shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark appearing on the website.

  2. You fully understand and agree that, unless otherwise agreed with Zhipu or unless you have activated and paid for a corresponding service on the AMiner Platform, you may only use the AMiner Platform and the content it generates for non-commercial, personal research and study purposes. The AMiner Platform's programs, software, information, data, development documentation, and related elements and components are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and corresponding international treaties, and the intellectual property rights therein are owned by Zhipu and other relevant rights holders.

  3. You understand and agree that any content you input must be content in which you own the intellectual property rights or for which you have obtained lawful authorization from the rights holder, and must not violate applicable laws and regulations, infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others (including but not limited to copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights, as well as personality rights, personal information rights, and other interests), or violate public order and good morals. You shall bear all legal liability (including but not limited to civil compensation, administrative penalties, and criminal liability) and related consequences arising from your violation of the foregoing requirements.

  4. You must not use the AMiner Platform in a manner that infringes another party's copyright. If the content you input into the AMiner Platform is copyrighted by a third party, your act of inputting it does not change the ownership of that copyright. You should independently determine whether generated content carries intellectual property rights and, if so, to whom those rights belong; we bear no liability for any loss arising therefrom. If this causes loss to us, our affiliates, or our partners, you shall be liable for compensation.

  5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the intellectual property and other rights in content you generate based on the AMiner Platform belong to you, and related intellectual property matters shall be handled by you; Zhipu bears no liability for any loss arising therefrom. In order to enhance your experience in using this product and related services, and to enable your content to be better shared and promoted, you grant Zhipu and/or its affiliates a free, worldwide, sublicensable right to use your content to the extent permitted by law, for example for service optimization, brand promotion, and sharing and publicity purposes. You fully understand and accept such use, and will not, as a result of such use, assert any rights against the AMiner Platform or claim that the AMiner Platform has infringed your rights and interests. If you notify us through the contact information specified in this Agreement that you do not accept such use, the AMiner Platform will not engage in it. If you and the AMiner Platform have other agreements regarding this matter, the AMiner Platform will act in accordance with such other agreements.

  6. Without the prior written consent of Zhipu and the relevant rights holders:

    ① You have no right to copy, transfer, sell, rent, lend, license, or provide to others (including but not limited to your subsidiaries, parent company, affiliated companies, customers, or suppliers) the use of the AMiner Platform, or to commercially use it in any manner not expressly consented to by Zhipu.

    ② You must not create any software that is substantially identical in function to the AMiner Platform and provide it to third parties;

    ③ You must not use the AMiner Platform to develop products or services that compete with the AMiner Platform;

    ④ You must not delete or modify any copyright notice made by the AMiner Platform, and must inform your customers, end users, and others that they may not delete or modify such notices.

  7. Please note in particular that Zhipu bears no liability for intellectual property infringement issues arising from your use of AMiner Platform products in the following ways:

    • You used content that you knew or should have known was infringing or potentially infringing;
    • You used unauthorized content within the AMiner Platform service or other products on the platform;
    • You used AMiner Platform products in a manner that induces infringement;
    • You unlawfully used AMiner Platform products with knowledge that the content is expressly indicated as belonging to a third party's rights;
    • You deleted or modified the source, provenance, notices, or copyright restrictions expressly indicated by AMiner Platform products;
    • You modified AMiner Platform products or the content they generated, resulting in infringement;
    • You combined content generated by AMiner Platform products with content, products, or services not provided by Zhipu, resulting in infringement;
    • You used content generated by AMiner Platform products in a trademark-like or source-identifying manner.

  8. If you believe your intellectual property or other lawful rights and interests have been infringed, please send an infringement notice along with corresponding evidence to: report@aminer.cn. We will delete or disable the relevant content after confirming the truthfulness of your statements, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

VII. Statement on Protection of Rights​

  1. Zhipu has established measures and procedures designed to protect the lawful rights and interests of rights holders. If you believe that any component of AMiner Platform products, or content generated thereby, infringes your intellectual property or other lawful rights and interests, you may, in accordance with this clause, send an infringement notice along with corresponding evidence to: report@aminer.cn. Zhipu will take measures to remove the relevant content or block the relevant links in accordance with Chinese laws, regulations, and government normative documents.

  2. Please note: if a rights notice contains false statements, the submitter of the notice shall bear full legal liability for any resulting loss (including but not limited to Zhipu's losses and attorneys' fees). If you are uncertain whether Zhipu's content infringes your lawful rights and interests, Zhipu recommends that you first consult a professional.

  3. To enable Zhipu to process your rights notice effectively, please provide the following materials:

    • Your specific contact information, including your name, a copy of your ID card or passport (for individuals), a copy of your organization's registration certificate (for organizations), mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and email address;
    • Proof of your trademark, copyright, and/or other lawful rights in the content alleged to be infringing;
    • A full and clear description of the content that infringes your lawful rights and interests, together with screenshots or other evidence containing such content;
    • An identification of which content on the allegedly infringing webpage infringes which of your lawful rights and interests;
    • The following statement regarding the truthfulness of the notice: "I guarantee that the information stated in this notice is sufficient, true, and accurate; that I am the lawful rights holder of the content being reported, or have been authorized to exercise the rights listed herein; and that the content I am reporting infringes my corresponding lawful rights and interests. If the content of this rights notice is not entirely true, I will bear all legal liability arising therefrom."

  4. We will delete or disable the relevant content after confirming the truthfulness of your statements. Please understand that, because AI training requires a certain amount of time, our removal and disabling measures may be subject to delay.

VIII. Third-Party Products and Services​

1. You understand and agree that where the AMiner Platform calls upon a third-party system, or supports your use or access through a third party, the AMiner Platform merely provides a link to the third party's product or service, and the results of such use or access are provided by that third party. This Agreement does not apply to any product or service provided to you by any other third party; if you wish to activate and use such a product or service, you must also comply with that third party's user agreement, privacy policy, and other published documents.

2. Products and services provided by third parties that you access through the AMiner Platform are independently operated by, and are the sole responsibility of, those third parties. The AMiner Platform does not participate in the operation of third-party services in any way. Any disputes or liability arising from your use of third-party products and services should be resolved through negotiation with the third party or through other lawful means, and related liability and losses shall be borne independently by you or the third party.

IX. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability​

1. You undertake to make every effort to ensure that Zhipu, its affiliates, and their employees are not subjected to any litigation, arbitration, claim for compensation, or loss related to your use of the AMiner Platform. If any such situation arises, you will assume the relevant liability on Zhipu's behalf.

2. The AMiner Platform performs its basic protective obligations in accordance with law, but bears no liability for breach of contract for any of the following causes of delay, defect, alteration, or other impediment to performance:

① Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, acts of government, or judicial/administrative orders;

② Public-service factors such as power supply failures or communication network failures, or the acts of third parties;

③ Circumstances arising, despite the AMiner Platform's good-faith management, from routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failures, or network information and data security incidents.

3. You understand that, despite Zhipu's best efforts, due to inherent technical limitations in the technology underlying the AMiner Platform's services, the AMiner Platform cannot make any guarantee regarding the following:

① That the AMiner Platform will meet your actual or specific needs or purposes, or that any product, service, or other content obtained through the AMiner Platform will meet your expectations;

② That the AMiner Platform will be 100% accurate and reliable, that its functions will always be available, timely, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, continuously stable, or free of any malfunction;

③ The accuracy, authenticity, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed or provided by the AMiner Platform;

④ That the source of data or information displayed or provided by the AMiner Platform is lawful or free of dispute, or that you will be able to use such data or information without hindrance;

⑤ The accuracy, stability, or completeness of the code, programs, or content to which they point within the AMiner Platform;

⑥ We cannot guarantee the absolute precision of any algorithm, nor can we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our services, whether paid or free. If you are dissatisfied with the results of our services, you may provide feedback through the complaint or appeal channels published in this Agreement.

4. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all information, content, materials, goods (including software), and services included in, or otherwise made available to you through, the AMiner Platform are provided by Zhipu on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

5. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Zhipu makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the information, content, materials, products, software, or services included in the AMiner Platform. Zhipu and its affiliates do not warrant that the AMiner Platform, or any information, content, materials, products, software, or services included in it or otherwise provided to you, or its servers, or emails sent from the AMiner Platform, are free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by law, Zhipu bears no liability for any damages arising from the use of the AMiner Platform or any information, content, materials, products, software, or services included in it or otherwise provided to you through the client, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

7. You understand and agree that Zhipu will make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your data on the AMiner Platform and in the Service, but cannot fully guarantee this, including but not limited to the following:

• Zhipu is not responsible for the deletion or storage of your related data on the AMiner Platform and in the Service.

• If you stop using the AMiner Platform and the Service, or if the Service is terminated or cancelled, Zhipu has no obligation to return any data to you.

X. Protection of User Information​

  1. The AMiner Platform places great importance on the protection of users' personal information. When you use the services provided by the AMiner Platform, you agree that the AMiner Platform will collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy published on the AMiner Platform; for details, please see the AMiner Platform Privacy Policy.

  2. In order to improve the quality of the products and services we provide to you, we may use data generated in the course of your use of the AMiner Platform to maintain and optimize our products and services, except as otherwise agreed between you and Zhipu.

  3. For text, images, videos, audio, and other non-personal information that you provide, publish, or generate while using AMiner Platform services, no transfer of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights shall occur as a result of your act of uploading or publishing such content.

XI. Terms Applicable to Minors​

  1. We are keenly aware of the importance of protecting minors' personal information and the safety of their use of our product. Your trust is very important to us, and we will, as required by laws and regulations, adopt corresponding security protection measures and do our best to ensure the security of minors' personal information and their safe use of the product. Accordingly, we have established the following rules applicable to minors.

2. If you are the guardian of a minor, please ensure that any minor under your guardianship uses the product and provides information to us only with your permission and under your supervision. We will adopt special measures to protect minors' personal information in accordance with the AMiner Platform Privacy Policy; if you are a minor, please be sure to carefully read the rules applicable to minors together with your guardian, and use the product and provide information to us only with your guardian's permission and under your guardian's supervision.

3. You understand and agree that, due to technical limitations, subjective intent on the part of users, improper use, or other reasons, we cannot fully ensure that a minor's use of this Service remains under control at all times. We bear no legal liability for any loss or harm arising from a minor's violation of laws and regulations, this Agreement, or platform rules, or from a minor's own conduct or a guardian's failure to properly supervise. We recommend that minors use this Service under the guidance of a guardian, and guardians should assume responsibility for supervising minors.

XII. Liability for Breach​

1. If you engage in any of the following conduct, it shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement, and the AMiner Platform has the right to take corresponding action:

① The AMiner Platform has the right to review your registration data and your use of the product/service. If it discovers or suspects any issue with your registration data or use of the product/service, it has the right to send you an inquiry and/or a request for correction. If you fail to respond reasonably within a reasonable period, the AMiner Platform may block, delete, or otherwise act upon your registration data or use of the product/service;

② Where legally effective judicial documents or administrative penalty decisions confirm that you have engaged in unlawful conduct, or where the AMiner Platform has sufficient factual basis to determine that you have engaged in unlawful conduct or conduct in breach of the service agreement, the AMiner Platform has the right to publicly disclose your unlawful conduct on the website in a lawful manner.

XIII. Termination of the Service Agreement​

  1. You have the right to terminate this Agreement by any of the following means:

    ① Cancelling your account;

    ② Ceasing to use the Service and expressly indicating your unwillingness to accept a change before that change takes effect;

    ③ Expressly indicating your unwillingness to continue using AMiner Platform services, provided the platform's conditions for termination are satisfied.

    Once you submit an application to the AMiner Platform to cancel your account, and the AMiner Platform reviews and approves the application, the AMiner Platform will cancel your registered account, and your service agreement relationship with the AMiner Platform will thereupon be terminated.

  2. In any of the following circumstances, the AMiner Platform has the right, as it deems appropriate and without further notice to you, to immediately stop generating content, delete content, restrict some or all functions of your account, terminate the provision of services, permanently close your account, or take other measures provided by laws and regulations. You shall bear any adverse consequences resulting therefrom, including product features becoming unavailable, deletion of account information, deletion of content, or inability to normally access assets or other rights and interests within your account:

    ① Where you violate the relevant provisions of this Service Agreement and the AMiner Platform terminates this Agreement pursuant to the breach clauses. However, if, after the AMiner Platform has terminated the provision of services to you, you again register as an AMiner Platform user directly or indirectly under another person's name, the AMiner Platform has the right to again unilaterally terminate the provision of services to you;

    ② Where, in attempting to contact you using the information you provided, the AMiner Platform discovers that the email address or mobile phone number you provided at registration no longer exists or cannot receive messages, and, after the AMiner Platform notifies you through other contact information provided at registration to update your information, you fail to provide updated information within three working days, or the AMiner Platform is otherwise unable to contact you using the information you provided at registration;

    ③ Where the AMiner Platform discovers that the primary content of your registration information is false;

    ④ Where, upon termination or renewal of this Service Agreement, you expressly indicate that you are unwilling to accept the new Service Agreement;

    ⑤ Where you publish unlawful information, infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others, or otherwise commit a serious violation of law or breach of this Agreement on the AMiner Platform;

    ⑥ Where, apart from the foregoing circumstances, you repeatedly and seriously violate the relevant provisions of the AMiner Platform rules, and the AMiner Platform seals your account in accordance with the platform rules;

    ⑦ Any other circumstance in which the AMiner Platform deems it necessary to terminate the Service.

  3. Handling After Termination of the Agreement

    After this Agreement is terminated, except as otherwise expressly required by law, the AMiner Platform has no obligation to disclose to you or any third party designated by you any information in your account.

    After this Agreement is terminated, the AMiner Platform continues to retain the following rights:

    ① To continue to retain, on an anonymized basis, the various types of information you have left on the AMiner Platform;

    ② To continue to pursue liability against you for your past breaches of this Agreement.

XIV. Notices​

  1. When registering as an AMiner Platform user and accepting AMiner Platform services, you should provide the AMiner Platform with true and valid contact information. If your contact information changes, you are obligated to promptly update the relevant information and remain reachable.

    The account you create when registering as an AMiner Platform user is used to log in to the AMiner Platform and also serves as your valid contact information.

    The AMiner Platform will deliver various notices to you through the above contact information. The content of such notices may have a significant favorable or unfavorable effect on your rights and obligations; please be sure to pay attention to them in a timely manner.

  2. The AMiner Platform sends notices to you through the above contact information. Written notices sent electronically — including but not limited to platform announcements, in-site messages, SMS messages sent to your provided phone number, and emails sent to your email address — shall be deemed delivered once successfully sent.

  3. For any dispute arising on the AMiner Platform, you agree that judicial authorities (including but not limited to courts) may serve legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) on you by SMS or other modern means of communication, or by mail. The mobile phone number and other contact information you designate for receiving legal documents shall be the contact information you provided or updated when registering with the AMiner Platform, and delivery of legal documents by a judicial authority to such contact information shall be deemed effective service. The mailing address you designate shall be your statutory contact address or the valid contact address you have provided.

    You agree that a judicial authority may use one or more of the above methods to serve legal documents on you, and that if multiple methods are used, the time of service shall be determined by whichever method achieves delivery first.

    You agree that the above methods of service apply at every stage of any judicial proceeding, including but not limited to first-instance proceedings, second-instance proceedings, retrial proceedings, enforcement proceedings, and proceedings for orders of payment.

    You must ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and valid, and update it in real time. If legal documents cannot be delivered, or are not delivered in a timely manner, because the contact information you provided is inaccurate or because you failed to promptly notify us of a change in contact information, you shall bear any legal consequences that may result.

XV. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

  1. The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, and performance of this Agreement, as well as dispute resolution, shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; where the law is silent, reference shall be made to commercial and/or industry practice.

2. Disputes arising from or related to your use of AMiner Platform services shall be resolved through negotiation between the AMiner Platform and you. You may contact us at: report@aminer.cn. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.

  1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
